When to use it
The ending is built on the quotative plus 치다 (“to reckon”). Verbs take -(느)ㄴ다손 치더라도, adjectives -다손 치더라도, nouns -(이)라손 치더라도. The variant -다손 치더라도 → -다손 쳐도 also occurs.
The concession is hypothetical and grudging: you are not accepting the point, only allowing it for the moment. 그것이 사실이라손 치더라도 결론은 달라지지 않는다.
The second clause then holds firm regardless. That is what makes it an argumentative move rather than a simple concession.
It shares its 치다 with -(으)ㄴ/는 셈치고 — both mean “count it as,” supposing something for the sake of what follows.

The same 치다. 셈치고 supposes something in order to act; 다손 치더라도 supposes it in order to dismiss it.
